This is all my goals are based around. I am 5'9" 220: 16 205: 14 190: 12 My goal is size 8, I am guessing around 170. I do have some pants right now that are size 10, but they are definitely vanity sized. <---- The dress in that photo is a size 8 and my target outfit. I can do it up but would not wear it in public yet.

I too am wondering what your measurement tool is for this? Seeing as how all of them are not accurate, I'd suggest that it is just plain wrong.

I burn about 500 calories in an hour of hard cardio, but I am 5'9" and 195 lbs. Don't make yourself crazy with comparing. I aim to eat 1750 cals per day, pretty much no matter what.

I have found the machines are at least 40% too high and MFP estimates about 20% too high for me personally. I am 195lbs and burn about 500 cals in an hour according to my heart rate monitor. I was craving ice cream so you inspired me. I used: 1/2 frozen banana 1/4 of an avocado (I could spare the calories and needed to up my fats for today) 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/4 package of white chocolate Jello instant pudding mix. All in the blender. Wow... just what I needed! THANKS!
