I like to cook with mine. The opportunities are endless thanks to @dhftns http://theproteinchef.co/ No I don't work for him.

All the pretty girls from Winnipeg!

Everyone has that pic. Mine was a headshot for work. Ugh. I hate that it is still on the corporate website.

I have the digital starfrit one from zellers (now Target). $12.99

I'm going to say 69 from now on!

I am 5'9" and 192 lbs. I have lifted for a few years but never took my diet seriously until now. I am finally reaping the rewards of what I've been hiding under 30 lbs of fat. Start. Lifting. Now.

I get that after about 45 mins f running straight. No sooner. And I hate running.

OP- what you described is not introversion, it sounds more shy or antisocial. Introverts gets their energy from being alone while extroverts get their energy from being around people. I am very outgoing and friendly, but I get my energy from being alone. I am very much an introvert.

I agree with the 80% diet, and 20% exercise. i have always worked out and gained 30 lbs still active and in the gym 5 days a week. I have lost that weight now completely with diet.

So you're smaller and look better... And you're upset why? Maybe you should rethink your measurements of success.

Your shoes don't fit. Everyone has different feet and all shoes fit differently. Find a pair that don't give you blisters. I also second the "maybe you need better socks" solution.
-
What exactly were you expecting to happen after 5 days?
-
I can do it in about 100 mins.
-
I gain 5-7 lbs every cycle. Is usually gone by day 4-5
-
Do something you enjoy.

I regularly get above 180 in spin class. Other people max out at like 160... But everyone is different. I go by how I feel.

1. No, but I'm Canadian. 2. Yes, but I'm Canadian.
-
I crave crunchy food. So yes.

You need to learn how to run. You are doing it wrong.

I know exactly what you mean. She's just not that into him. I say go out with him anyway. You need to get back on the horse and dating isn't perfect. Don't expect every guy to be your future husband, just relax and have fun. Get to know yourself and new people. Sadly at our age, the dating pool is shallow and we all have…

You've only been doing this for three days. You'll figure it out.
-
Bump so I can email this to my marathon addicted friend who always complains about her jiggly bits.
-
I eat exactly like you. I usually don't eat more than 300 calories after 4pm and eat the second I wake up. I am also a morning person.... I wonder if that is related?
-
I work out with someone I met on here now :) She's awesome!
-
You're not eating enough fat.
-
Do you use a food scale? When I see things like 1 oz of meat or 1 serving on food diaries, I can almost guarantee that you are likely not eating as little as you think you are. 200 calories of steel cut oats is about 1/4 c. Also, tracking your sodium would help. Things like chili are usually quite high.,

If you like it and feel good, then do it. You will probably work out harder and become a better athlete if you incorporate rest and recovery days, but it doesn't sound that is your goal.

Thanks :)

I use bar squats as my warm up for legs because I'm too scared to go to max without a spotter. I put 70 on the bar, plus the bar (45) = 115 lbs for 3x12 But I am 5'9" and weigh 195 lbs. I really want to lift heavy but am scared to without a spotter.
