Unless you modified your macros, I am betting you don't eat enough protein anyway. Change the goals settings in MFP to be something more like 40 carb / 30 protein / 30 fat. :)

Different sport, but I am a competitive paddler.

You are DEFINITELY having issues from what you ate on Saturday. Relax for a few days, let your body deal with that abuse of taco bell and beer.

Relax your neck, stop pulling with your arms. The best advice someone gave me was to actually push your head INTO your hands. You'll feel a HUGE difference. Good luck :)

Hi! :) I started at 5'9" and 220. I am currently stalled at 197. Would love some similar goal-ed buddies. :)

I did the frozen water bottle rolling plus TONS of stretching.... religiously for a week. Every moment I could. Also told my chiropractor and she did some adjustments in my ankles and feet. When rolling the water bottle I was SUPER rough on my foot, basically "ripping apart" the stuff inside my feet. It was very painful,…

Losing 26 lbs in a week? No wonder people give up weight loss efforts so quickly. This show is ridiculous.

I'm from Winnipeg so if anyone should care it should be us. But even half of us don't care much anymore. Over it.

Awesome suggestions! Thanks everyone :)

Here's what I just did.... let's not judge. It was fun! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_MhyCANOL-U&feature=youtube_gdata_player

I travel about 200 days a year on business. It is tough on local relationships, really tough. I have done it for about 4 years and have yet to have a romantic relationship make it past 5 months. I agree with an above poster that I don't get asked out very often by friends either. It leaves me a little lonely, but I find I…

I prefer coconut milk, so that's strange. But I really like it in cereal, smoothies, desserts and I make my oatmeal with it. :) Good luck

I swear by vitamin D. My bestie swears by a disgusting thing she calls an "onion sandwich"... which is exactly what you think it is. Half a raw onion, couple cloves of garlic, sliced and on bread. Ugh. My option is far less gross. Not sure what part of you is sick but I also fully encourage saline sinus rinses too.…

I use quinoa in baking, just made these amazing banana chocolate chip powerhouse muffins.... SOOO delish. http://www.pardonthedoghair.com/2012/08/quinoa-powerhouse-muffins/

Quinoa is not high calorie. Enjoy!

I'm from Winnipeg and just spent two weeks in Hawaii. Florida is coming up in January. Seriously contemplating Greece in March (not the tropics, but still warm). I travel for a living and thankfully sometimes my trips are to warm locations in the winter. :)

I'm the old maid... 33 and no kids. ALways good to have more friends. :)

"Congratulations on dating a white guy" Had nothing to do with my weight, but I was all kinds of WTF!

I am 5'9" and 197... but started around 220. Slow and steady wins the race, seriously. I don't lose every week, but the scale always moves down eventually. Believe in the process.

whey proteins make me farty.

...Otherwise I am Canadian... Alexander Keith's White

mmmm I am super into a locally made beautiful chocolatey stout these days. 140 calories of freaking delicious wonder. Love
-
I aim for 40 carbs / 30 protein / 30 fat... but almost never make it. Keeping my fat low is my first priority, and I always struggle to eat more protein.

Are you SURE about the calories you logged? As in, did you prepare all the food yourself? Measuring, etc. Restaurants are usually far too generous with portions?
-
Hi. I am 5'9" and around 200 lbs in all of my profile pictures. <

WTF

An all-liquid diet makes me hungry

I have been drinking beer along my journey because I love it (and wine) and while I do think it has slowed me down a bit, it is still possible. I don't have it every day, nor do I have six at a time, but one or two once a week is acceptable. Keep it within my calories and macros. This is totally possible!!

Same as others. I am 5'9", started at 220 lbs and currently 197. I work out 4-5 days a week for at least an hour because I love it. BMR: 1450 TDEE: 2297 I generally aim for 1800 per day but usually have at least one day a week over 2000. I have been consistently losing 1-2 lbs per week and feeling amazing. I feel sorry for…

Yes and I am actually dumber now.
