today i bought some special K protein cereal (its rice, soy and wheat in the flakes) 3/4cup has 10g protein. then i got the fairlife ultrafiltered 2% milk. 1cup serving with no lactose, has 13g protein. so 23g protein per serving of the 2 combined. was pretty good compared to other milks and cereals.

my idea is to allow yourself your favorite super low calorie food. and make everything else restricted to one plate. maybe say nothing white or yellow/orange. good luck. :)
