Hi, I juice without fasting also. I've juiced previously and have started again about a week ago due to a lot of fatigue post treatment that I just can't seem to shake. So now it's 2 juices a day for me. I like the idea of replacing one meal with juicing and think I may give that a try. Lunch would be the replacement meal…

I've been juicing beets also for the blood purification benefits. I've not noticed the dirt taste, but maybe I've just gotten used to it? I like to juice 1 beet per day but will be cutting that back to 1/2 beet per day in a couple of weeks.I understand beet juice will/can lower blood pressure, so something to be aware of.

While a good multivitamin is a great start, if your fatigue doesn't lift perhaps a visit to the Dr. would be in order.... Just sayin'. :smile: Oops! I forgot to add that I use Centrum. :)

I'm 5'3 3/4" and I'm aiming for 140 lbs. I'm a med/lg frame and usually fairly muscular, so I may stop at 145 lbs. I'll have to wait and decide when I get there though.
