5'4" SW: 174 (about a year ago) CW: 120/121 GW: 115 I did Medifast for 6 months and now I am just tracking calories and doing Insanity workout DVDs.

I completed the Insanity workout once and now I am doing it again. I didn't notice any BIG changes until the end of the first month/beginning of second month. The second month is brutal though. Good luck! :)
