definitely drinking more water as making a real effort. the challenge has definitely help bring this to the front of my mind

I started 30Ds yesterday i don't mind the jumping jacks its the butt kicks that get me

I did 30DS for the first time today and felt physical sick afterwards. I didn't realise just how unfit i was. Loads of people have said its worth it, so I will try again tomorrow and see how i get on.

Hi Kara I am in the same boat - this is my first week on MFP and my first group. I have lost weight before but never kept it off and i'm hoping the MFP will help me change my lifestyle so that i can stay at a healthy weight

i am on 1200 too but this is my first week. Think i will give it a month and see how i get on

Think it should be activities that everyone can do so no special equipement should be required.
