I try to as much as I can, although last night I was in a hurry and used some canned veggies. I have the same struggle getting my calories because I don't eat processed. If you want to look at my diary,feel free.. but I ate really bad over last weekend :0)

I am with Sillygoose...toxins and sweating...drinking plenty of water and using a good skin care product (not tested on animals!) should get you through. I have been at this for a couple of months now and my body is still detoxing from all of the preservatives and bad things I was consuming. Detox teas too...

Try getting the Skinny ***** Ultimate Everyday Cookbook, and the Skinny ***** in the Kitch cookbook...have you read the book Skinny *****? It's one of the reasons I am vegetarian.
