Yes, agree that you cant spot reduce but it definitely helps when targeting for muscle building. Planks for the stomach for me works the best, additionally leg rises also helps me.

That is why I do not weigh in every day, once a week is fine. It balances the water weight you gain on some days.

Like all of your responses for me: 1. Accepting I am not on a diet, but a lifetime change. 2. Logging in everything that I eat and drink 3. Lots of water 4. Remembering I cant just do it with food alone, need the exercising to help. 5. Stay positive with the positives and negatives along the way.

I weigh myself at the same time once a week. There is absolutely no way I would be successful if I weighed myself every day. I need to see results to motivate me. Living for the scale every day would be totally frustrating to me and I would end up giving up.

I do the frozen dark chocolate covered pineapple or strawberries. They are in the freezer section come in a box with 6 packets. Each packet is 60 calories for the strawberries and 80 for the pineapples. I also love the weightwatcher ice cream treats. These definitely fill my sweet tooth.

hi, i had lost 52 lbs last year on here and gained back 61 so just starting back again and can really use a good friend that would help me get motivated and keep motivated to complete this plan and for me to help motivate them on their goal. Better than sex weight watcher cake! Devils food cake mix, 1 can diet coke, I egg, mix together, cook 350, I can condensed non fat milk missed with sugar free caramel sauce on top of cake and frost over that with sugar free cool whip!.. delicious and low in calories!
