wow it really depends on body type i am no where near my weight right now but the lowest weight i was, was about 150 and i was size 14, and I really didn't think I had that big of behind, so I know its body shapes but I cant see 165 going into any 10.. but i guess..

I have that problem also. I try to brush my teeth and drink alot of water to "pass" the urge. However, a couple snacks that are good to be our the weight watcher desserts if you like sweets and i love rice crackers w/ wabasi peas.Good luck

I eat oatmeal for lunches all the time. I love it, it keeps me filled up during the work day so I am not grabbing for anything I shouldn't have. I use weight watcher oatmeal, taste great, and i only put on the pink package sugar, nothing else. Very low in calories and carbs! Go for it
