I feel like I can't even talk about working out or counting calories besides on here because people are like oh please u don't need to loose weight! Your right I don't but you have not seen me naked and I need to be happy and tone up. What is so wrong with that?

I have started taking glucosamine for my knees because they were killing me. That and a lot of prayers they are feeling pretty darn good! Hope they get better for you.

Just wanted to ck in did level 2 again yesterday and I am going to go do it now. I am going to move to level 3 after Fridays measurements. I previewed it yesterday a little and ummm it looks scary but so did level 2 I guess lol. Keep it up girls

I always seem to miss Saturday workouts because I have to work at 10:00 and my son has 9:00 soccer.
