Too much sodium, too much sugar. It's hard inlove them both but I am trying to limit both as I too don't need to loose any significant weight just tone and tighten but those go to the belly 1st

I LOVE STEP CLASS!!! I only go to the gym on Mon and Thur now just because I love them so much. I am doing c25k at home and jillian dvd's too.

I don't know I'm kinda embarrassed about going to the gym and doing it on the treadmill and stopping every minute to walk like people are looking at me. Just me?

Boo it's raining here in central jersey so I didn't do it yesterday or today. I did go to the gym and do a DVD but I'm bummed. I was looking forward to week 2.

I've pretty much done week 1 every day this week. I can't work out only 3 days a week andit seemed to be the easiest to fit in without going to the gym. I would say hrm too as long as it has the chest strap because it is on your heart. I know I just got mine and burn way more than I have been logging from mfp. I have the polar ft4 but have no knowledge of the arm band. sorry. P.S. you look awesome

This was very good however am I the only genius that didn't know u had to peel the bananas before you froze them? Guess I never froze bananas before. Man that was a project w frozen peels :( oh well. Worth it.
