It's 20 minutes of a workout. So you have to figure the running speed with minutes then the walking pace with the minutes.0

I just logged it in for how long i walked at what speed and the same for running.
8 minutes or running, 10 minutes of warm up walk and 12 minutes of walking at what speed you did for each.0 -
i wondered this to and this was what i found. this is a site that helps you calculate everything at once. just put in your weight then put however long you walked and however long you jogged. then calculate. then make a new personal exercise log with the total. this is how i did it. other people said if you get a hrm it will help. but i didn't have one so i did this. let me know if you need more help.

I just started this today and what I did was log the running minutes and the walking minutes separately. I went with the average pace I normally walk as my walking and then the lowest running/jogging mph.0

I started yesterday too! I got a HRM for mothers day for this reason. Lol no guess work anymore. Good luck. I'm scared of week 5 come on 20 min straight ? Idk about that0
