Men with really short/buzzed hair but bald is best. Big broad shoulders. I love to comb my fingers through my husbands chest hair. It's weird and crazy but it's comforting to me lol. Big muscular hands is another one. I love a sweaty guy that's dirty from working on something. Actual lips I can bite. That about covers it.

I'll have to agree with them too. The only safe cleanse is just eating healthy foods, drinking lots of water and putting in a good sweat when you can. I know stalling is frustrating. I'm dealing with it too. Keep your head up. You'll get through it.

I usually make a wrap with a high fiber flatbread, chicken or tuna and a lot of lettuce. You can substitute the chicken with low/no fat deli meat but those are generally pretty high in sodium. I generally go just a little over 1200 (1205-1250) everyday but like a PP said, I'm working with a doctor about it. It'll be brought up a bit once I'm no longer in the obese range (only a few more lbs to go!) but my diary is open to friends if anyone wants to add me.

Congrats to you on your perseverance and dedication!!! You're doing an amazing job and I am so glad you found such a wonderful trainer. I actually got a little teary eyed reading your story. Leslie Sansone is what I've been using for months. I love her upbeat personality and she's helped me lose so much weight. She has such a large range of videos too. The one I have been working on for a few months is her 4 mile fast walk. I burn over 500 calories with that one and boy so I sweat!

Since most of mine were already covered, I'll add the one that wasn't- My body doesn't clap as much for me during vigorous exercise and movement. I'm now considering hiring someone to clap for me during these activities since I don't feel as encouraged from my body. Accepting applicants now.
