When I started the first time, I was looking at 2lbs shy of the big 3__. I lost 80, gained 60 back with my prengnacy (eek!), now back down further than I've ever been. Feel free to add me! I still have quite a bit to go!

It's probably a good thing to have to lose some before the bypass. I can't even tell you how many people I know that have had it done and 2 years later gained most if not all of it back. I've lost 10lb (4.5kg) this month despite having 6 different holiday events to attend and baking 4 different desserts and 60+ dozen cookies. My willpower only let me down a few times for a cookie or 2 but I never went over my calorie intake!

I don't normally post pictures online (I have a stalker) but I've lost 47 since the end of August myself! I wish I had started at the beginning of the year but at least I started right? Awesome job!! Keep up the good work!

Couch to 5k is AMAZING. I could barely walk quick enough to keep up with my husband let alone run. Now I'm running 3-5 times a week. Me. I'm still in shock to be honest. I just finished the last week and I love that even in my still fairly large body I can run. Go for it. You'll love how much it transforms you!

The problem I seem to have is sitting (ha, like now!) instead of keeping my body going. I find that if I sit after doing work around the house or playing with my son, I lose all motivation to do anything. I end up stopping myself a few seconds after sitting.
