You are never too fat to run....if you can. I'd say, walk briskly....if you can do a little bit of jogging, go for it! Jog a little, walk a little. Eventually, you can do a whole mile jog :) Just make sure you have really good shoes and your knees are stable! Also, breathe while you are doing it. :) :)

Honestly, I think this is what A LOT of people do on facebook.....they are competitive, try to post the best status, get the most likes, thumb through other peoples lives to be nosey and judgmental, and then feel like **** at the end of the day bc they didn't go out in the world and better themselves.....they sat at home…

Awww, don't be mean to her, she's super young and doesn't know much about real life yet :) Girl, you have to sit down and design your own plan....only you know your schedule and resources for food etc. Ask your mom for a personal trainer or nutritionist to help you if you can't do this stuff on your own.
