It's my form of self expression. I'm not near as bad in person (because of the kids) but I'm pretty foul mouthed.

Relaxing after work is a no go for me. Not until the children of the corn pass out...then for a solid 20 minutes, it's alllllllll me B)

I'm a wine-o now. It used to be beer and whiskey haha. Now I stick to wine, a decent substitute. I wish I could drink wine all the time, life would be full of happy.

Why not eat small portions? Grab a small plate or bowl and eat something, it's not gonna take everything you've worked so hard for away!! Everything is okay to eat so long as it's in moderation AND you portion correctly :wink:

Chemical Brothers, Nine Inch Nails or InFlames do me in most of the time. Or sometimes it's Supreme Beings of Leisure, Portishead, Lamb (kinda mellow) or I just flat out pump some Cradle of Filth, Opeth, Misfits, Pantera or Ministry into my headphones. Yeah, that stuff fuels me for sure!!!!!!!!!

5 kiddos here from 8yrs (visits on weekends and school breaks, wish it was more, he's a MAJOR help!!) to 10 months. I've got 4 boys and a girl, two of the boys are twins, phew! I sweat a lot! HA! No mas bambinos for this Mommy!!

Looks like you should be eating more than that, 1200cal seems something to do for a short period of time, not a year. Try eating more, I bet that will help :wink: Also, try setting a realistic goal a week instead of 2lbs a week, try 1lb a week, just a asuggestion.

I couldn't agree more! Listening to your body is VERY VERY important. If you start bleeding more than usual it typically means your over working yourself and to take it easy.

I had a c-section and was back up and running in a month, but everyone is different. The twins last year made my 4th c-section so at that point, I was used to the recovery routine, lol. Like I say, as long as you feel able to, do it! Don't push yourself though, take it easy and don't be in a hurry :wink:

I had twins in June of last year (made my total of kids to 5, lol). Anywho, I started working out as soon as I felt able to. I started with 30 minute walks mixed in with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I took up her workouts because I am pressed for time and they are 20-30 minutes routines.
