I've got 5 kiddos too. 12, 7, 5, and twin boys who 4. I work full time and find myself exhausted at the end of the day... My motivation for working out is none.

I walk at a very high pace. The smaller the steps the better! Try to imagine lining up your heel to your toe on the opposite foot.
