  • My goal is to lose 8lb, Im currently doing jamie Easons Live fit & couch 2 5k. If Im consitant with my fitness training & stay on top of my nutrition I think I can definately acheive it. Thanks for giving me somehwere to be accountable:smile:
  • I would love to join a group, I did phase 1 a while back and got great results but fell off the wagon soon after, about to get back into it next week. :smile: It would be awesome to have people to keep me committed!!
  • Weights are definately the way to go, although muscle weighs more than fat, muscle takes up less space than fat, so be sure to measure yourself, dont just rely on the scales to see your results.:smile:
