I would like to wear sexy boots! My calves are so big that I can't find a pair to fit over them. I will wear them with skirts, skinny jeans or nothing for my husband! A bathing suit that doesn't go to my knees would be nice! Lol

I don't eat after 7pm. I realized that the "hungry" I was feeling was my body WANTING food not NEEDING food. I know I only have lost 10bls but I lost 100lbs in 2006. Then I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer and gained 70 lbs of it back.

I log everything including supplements. I really pay attention to my carb, protein and fat % and fruit is high in sugar which can throw my numbers.

Looking good! I didn't take before pictures other than the ones my husband happen to sneak in when I was not looking. Most of my pictures I pose for are hiding behind my friends. I am only down 10 lbs so I may take some now.

I agree! I can eat what I want. What I want more is not to be fat and unhealthy. For me personally a few binge days turn into a few more and soon enough I have gained back 70lbs(2006lost/2007 gained). I do have ice cream and other treats in moderation but I plan my day so that the calories, fat and carbs fit. As for what…

I have tried running even at my peek of health. I can do it on a tread mill but put me on a sidewalk and I am done. My friend who runs 10 km no problem ran with me and she says I don't pace my self that I go hard until I am toast. Maybe you need to run with someone to pace you?

Wow! This is hard! I will have to think about phase one. I know that my final reward will be a trip to a exotic place with my husband. Which will entail a new wardrobe including a bikini. I will also wear the dress from 2006.
