Also watch what you drink. Most beverages are full of empty calories and sugar. Artificial sweetens are not great either.

I avoid chemical as as well. Try using natural sweeteners. In my oatmeal I use pure maple sugar. Not all fats a created equal. I use coconut oil or olive oil. Your body needs fat but some fats are better than others. I agree eat real food they are naturally delicious.

Veggies, fruit, kale, bee pollen, quinoa, ground flax, spices(salt free mixes eg. Taco) Garlic and more! I :heart: the Farmers market. I love that everything is local and most of it is organic.

We had it for dinner tonight. Turkey sausage, salt free diced can tomatoes, zucchini, onion, peppers and mushrooms with some Italian spice. Yum! I also mix bulgar with it too. You may need to soak it as we'll depending on the brand.

I am down 10 lbs but only lost 0.4 lbs this week but I am sure next week will be better. I did lose an inch on my hips and 2.5 inches on my waist. I am hoping for 30 lbs by December 1st as well.

I did see them but I would still look as short as I am wide! No new clothes or boots until I hit my goal( excluding work out clothes) I have enough clothes in bins in storage until I make my goal! Then watch out! Let the shopping begin!!!!
