  • I'm 5ft6 & was 41-31-38, weighing 162lbs when I started, then went off track and am now back on track! Now I'm 143lbs and 36-26-36 so pretty happy with the measurements, but feel like I'm not really losing weight...not sure if it's muscle or if I just store all of my fat elsewhere lol.
