  • Tue: Got 100 push ups done! Did 10 at a time through the day. Had to do the "girly push ups" the knee and did also wall push ups to keep it interesting.   • I am in. Have a lot more to go than most but I don't care, it's all weight loss to me. This is my first week. CW:320 : ( GW: 270ish (aiming for 50lbs which is 3lbs a week) * for a girl my size it is easier to have pounds come off, especially when you cut out fast food and add walking.
