They make gummy fiber now. Pretty good. Not sure how effective it is against benefiber. But they are fun :)

I hear you and I agree protection is needed when running alone at night or any other time. When I walk I carry a 2 ft metal pipe. Haven't got to running yet.

I HATE water but no water - no weight loss. I am against MY nudism. That is why I joined. As far as someone else's I don't care as long as I don't have to witness. Except my husband and my little kids( what can I say - I am mom and they are little boys and like to run around naked. It starts in the womb I think ) Not against!

Yeah my mother has been doing hot water in the morning for over 60 years and it has kept her regular. I just don't want to unless it is flavored like coffee- no wait- it IS coffee.. :)

For anyone who is losing weight or trying it is an effort. Those pounds don't come off by themselves. And when jealous people comment then that is what it is. Take it as a complement :)
