I understand! My line of demarcation is 160. I know that doesn't seem like much but I am 5'2". I know if I can get below 160 then I will really see some progress. Congratulations! Keep it up! It is working!

Insanity is correctly named! Ugh! You get an amaising workout if you are ready for it. Just make sure your knees can take it and your healthy. It truely is an insane workout. I smoked for years and I broke it 12 years ago. Beware of the same habits- change them. Whatever normal habit you had when you smoked change it. For instance if you smoked after dinner then don't sit after dinner then go walk or walk in place. Etc.. You are going to feel SO much better! But beware of the cravings they come…
