DAYZ mod for ARMA2 Who doesn't like a true zombie survival game, where the only thing more dangerous than the zombies are the other players trying to survive as well!!! Brilliant game!

Well I did wake up at about 4am this morning very hungry. Had a plum and went back to bed. Anybody have a look at my Diary and tell me if my diet is all wrong? I've lost .8 of a pound in 7 days and my body is starting to shape up, but I just want to make sure my body isn't going for the muscle I'm trying to build instead…

Thanks for the help. I have been doing strength training in the form of crunches, plank, curls, press, squats, ect... I have always relied on my job for my excersise as I have been doing construction for 15 years. But, now as a stay at home Dad I have become alot less active.
