Yeah I'll open my diary. I did have pizza last Saturday that sent me way over one day but that shouldn't effect overall weight loss if I've done it once in 3 weeks. It was a cheat meal. And then last Sunday I had a not so good eating day but I still stayed under my calories. (I even got a milkshake just to get my calories…
