I love Pinterst for finding vegeatarian recipes. The food and drink tab has tones of recipes that I scan through to see what fits the requirements. I have had made some really good things from my pins.

My easy go to recipe: Put a bunch of spinach into a covered microwave safe container, add one clove mince garlic. 1 tsp minced ginger a bit of sal and pepper and a dash of sesame oil. Cover and cook on high for about 2 minutes until just wilted.

I weigh now more than I did when I was pregnant 20 years ago. I have muffin top. I am afraid to put on my jeans. None of my little black dresses fit. I just refuse to buy the next size larger

Workout with friends.I did this several years ago and if anyone missed the 5:30 spin class we would hear about it :) Now I work out with my husband daily. Up at 4:45 and off to the gym, running or yoga. This replaced my 63 mile commute to work and I am trying to get rid of the resulting weight gain and genreal stiffness.

This is my go to breakfast three days a week. The chia seeds keep it from getting too runny. I just add what ever fruit I have around and use nonfat vanilla greek yogurt

I am in the same situation. I actually gained weight and am beyond frustrated. I am eating well, under target, not starving, exercising daily yet I am up 3 lbs.

I use Pinterest all the time. It started when my daughter became a vegetarian and I needed recipes that met the requirements that could satisfy her carnivore brother. She is off at college and I have continued to look for and make tasty nutrisiou meals for myself and husband.

Make a list and shop the store sales. Buy meats while on sale and freezer dinner size portions.

I get tons of vegetarian recipes off of Pinterest. I have a seperate boad there since my daughter is a vegetarian. They might not all have nutrition inforamtion but it is a snap to plug the recipe into the recipe tab on the food tracker.
