I go at 5AM with my hubby 3 days a week. It helps to organize yourself the night before. Set out gym wear, water bottle, music, gym card plus what you will wear to work, and breakfast and lunch. We like that the gym is less crowded and it gives us a good start to the day. After work never worked for us due to schedules.

Husband and I are doing it together so he is my support. We have both lost 17 lbs and only one person has mentioned it but that does not bother me. It feels great to be able to wear shorts this summer!

Have your workout gear lined up as well as your clothes for the day. I get up at 4:45 for the gym 3 days a week and this really helps keep me on track

I have also been gifted with larger thighs. I always take the steps when ever I can. It helped tone them up in conjunction with weight loss.
