I eat 3 meals a day no snacking works great for me.
I snack at night with hubby and would like to cut that out or at least down.4 -
To hit 122 by my vacation 9/10/16. Wish me luck! 7 more to go. Not sure if that's asking too much.2

My new goal isn't weight related....I have mere days to master my written drivers test....I'm hoping to have my G1 by the time I turn 47 (Aug 13)!5

like most men raised abs...unfortunately abs are generally made in the kitchen not necessarily in the gym. at 50 im having problems keeping the mid section clear of fat... wait till most of yall get older. It aint no fun!7

For a month so yeah. And normally on vacation I gain around 10lbs in 2 weeks.
Well, I managed this goal as well. Got back on Wednesday from a month in the USA, and basically ate whatever the heck I wanted for 2 of those weeks. I only gained 3lbs in a month when realistically I expected to gain around 10lbs haha. So yay. My next goal is to start feeling more energetic in myself, and get to a 50lb weight loss (so another 14lbs or so!)5 -
10 pounds at a time and when I get to be under 200 I will treat myself to a mini shopping spree3

Well my mini goal was to get under 140 pds.. I got there last week and then ate my way back up.. I know it's mostly water retention but it still sucks. Lol Soooo current mini goal is to get back under.. I'm really working to decrease my body fat a bit more...2

I'm almost to my second mini-goal, which is 188 (it'll be 10% of my starting weight lost). I was at 188.8 this morning, so I should be there by next Friday weigh-in at the latest! Shortly after that is halfway to my goal weight (186.3).4

To lose 30 more lbs by our 25th wedding anniversary in October!! Requires losing 3 lbs each week until then.0

My mini goal is to be 174 that moves me out of the obese category for my height and would be my lowest weight in about 3 years. I have 5.5 pounds to go. Hoping to just keep going after that! This thread has been so motivating for me, love to hear the checkins when someone has reached their goal!5

Last mini goal was to bust 250 - been there, done that. Now I am working on 240... slow and steady wins the race...

Two goals this week. Do as well in my calorie goals as I did last week. Check in with my support group (my dad and younger brother - we've lost a combined 260+ pounds so far).19

Well my next goal is to fit into the 2 pair of size 10 pants I picked up while on holidays. They re same cut/style as my favourite size 14s that were just too big and had to get passed on. Well I can do these pants up- and even wear them out with a long top but my mini-goal is no muffin top in them.

Wanting to fit in my clothes better/ possibly buy new stuff. I'm aiming for 205 lbs by my 49th birthday on September 21st, about 8 lb loss.4

So I started this weightloss in order to get to a healthy BMI. I just didn't want to see obese or overweight on my doctors chart any more. So, I set my initial goal to 194 (the very top of healthy...I started at 254).
Well, here's where I am and my series of mini goals. So close I can taste it. And yes, I'm a touch obsessed. Just helps my brain to break it down into smaller bits.
