Two goals this week. Do as well in my calorie goals as I did last week. Check in with my support group (my dad and younger brother - we've lost a combined 260+ pounds so far).19

Well my next goal is to fit into the 2 pair of size 10 pants I picked up while on holidays. They re same cut/style as my favourite size 14s that were just too big and had to get passed on. Well I can do these pants up- and even wear them out with a long top but my mini-goal is no muffin top in them.

Wanting to fit in my clothes better/ possibly buy new stuff. I'm aiming for 205 lbs by my 49th birthday on September 21st, about 8 lb loss.4

So I started this weightloss in order to get to a healthy BMI. I just didn't want to see obese or overweight on my doctors chart any more. So, I set my initial goal to 194 (the very top of healthy...I started at 254).
Well, here's where I am and my series of mini goals. So close I can taste it. And yes, I'm a touch obsessed. Just helps my brain to break it down into smaller bits.

to get rid of my back rolls!!! and weight-wise, my 1st mini goal is to get to 300 (I'm at 307 right now, started at 319).8

My mini goal is to get into the 130's. I'm at 140.6 this morning. So close.7

I completed my first mini-goals....lose 50 and get to onederland. My next mini-goal is to lose 18 more pounds which will get me to half the total weight I want to lose. (I want to lose 136 total)4

I am lean and just went through a quick bulking period. Now I am doing a 21 day shred inspired by Jill Dunn Fit. More weights, less cardio, strict nutrition plan. I began the plan yesterday. 21 days from now I plan on being ripped and shredded!4

yesterday I took my old clothes and put them in decreasing order. So every time I fit in one of them, I still have another mini-goal: to fit in the next one

Going home in two weeks, haven't seen family and friends in a couple years! Good motivation to push extra hard for the next couple weeks.5
