To get back into the 10 stone zone..... only 4 lbs away! (Thats about 158lbs right now, for my friends across the pond. I still work in stones).

Mini goal: 15lbs by New Years
Not So Mini Goals:
I've got three weddings coming up in the next year.
I want to be 50 lbs lighter by the first in April, 65 by the second in June and 100 by the third next January.5 -
my minigoal now is to finally become a regular at the gym. Been on and off gymmer for wayy too long now.5

Just passed into a new "decade" of weight (180s) so my next mini goal is getting to the 170s. By Xmas/ New Years, hopefully. Fun to read these!5

fit into my new destructive jeans that I ordered on Amazon (arrived 2 sizes smaller[asian sizes are way smaller ] and I choose not to return. Besides shed 10 pounds and make my bmi "HEALTHY"5

Got past THAT goal and the mini goals just keep coming : ) next one is a big one so it might be awhile. It is to reach my 50 pound weight loss. Exactly 12 pounds to go!!
I DID IT! !!! 50.8 lost as of this morning! This feels great. Im wearing clothes I haven't in years. My goal looks doable. People comment all the time. Next mini goal no longer obese. 4.7 to go.

To make it through Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years without giving in to the temptation to eat all the foods people love to eat this time of year. My highest weight loss in the past was in 1999 when I dropped from 275 to 234 the day before Thanksgiving, 41lbs. I've dropped from 289 to 239 so far this time around, 50lbs. I would really like to be 234 by Thanksgiving but if it doesn't happen I'm ok with it. I'll just keep plugging along, avoiding the yummy temptations at every turn on my way to losing 100lbs. We will see where things go from there.9

To make it through the holidays without completely falling off the wagon. I've been pretty good but as soon as the holidays come around, starting with Halloween candy, I tend to go off the rails. I'm just hoping to maintain.7

Last time I posted, my mini goal was 135. Then I flatlined for a while, but I seem to have gotten my groove back. So . . . 135 - two pounds to go.7

Well, as of yesterday, I'm 1 pound away from 300 (the scale just couldn't let me have it), but I'm happy knowing that at my next weigh in, I should be at 299 (that is if I keep losing at the rate I've been losing). My goal is to finally swim with the dolphins when I go on vacation next year! I've got my nerves together now I just need to get my body (confidence) together.7

I would love to fit back into my jeans again. I'm tired of wearing sweat pants. I can get them over my hips but they are tight and unflattering on.8

I am secretly trying to lose weight. Like I am not talking about it with friends or anything. I am just going to the gym and eating healthy (except today) and kinda keeping it on the DL. I want to be able to have that body that I want for ME. I will then show it off when swim suit seasons comes around again and I am doing it for the shock factor.11

I'm hovering at 200 lbs for the past week. I slacked off and ate a tiny bit more, and exercised a little less, so the scale hasn't moved at all for about 2 weeks. Going from the 2's to the 1's might also be a mental barrier. So my mini-goal is to get to 198 by Nov 15th. I don't anticipate many issues with the Holidays - just the actual Thanksgiving and Christmas Day meals, and I will watch my intake carefully. I want to be at 190 by January 1st but I won't be devastated if I miss it by a couple of pounds. Then I will get back in gear and double up efforts to be at 170 by April 23rd - my second mini-goal. That is the week of the major Quilt Show in Paducah KY and I've been planning my trip for over a year. That was one of the main reasons I started losing weight - to be able to walk and stand for almost a week straight.
I hear ya. I'm 2 lbs away from my next goal and 6 lbs away from 200 lbs but have been losing agonizingly slowly since September so I think it's a mental thing for me too.

SAME! I have been hovering between 205-207 for the last 4 weeks. I think it's a mental barrier. Every time I have a few good days and few good workouts and start to see that movement towards 199 again I feel like I subconsciously sabotage myself and eat something super carb heavy which just adds water weight! I just want to get to that 199!!!3 -
To get into 36" waist jeans comfortably. About 10 pounds to lose to get to that point.5

mine is to be in the 220s I'm 4lbs away to get to 229.9. also to hit 60 lbs gone and I'm under a pound away but the scale is now going at a slugs pace!
I'm buying a pair of cowboy boots when I hit 100 down. I sooooo can't wait and if it happens during heatwave time I'm still wearing those sucker lol8 -

I am 2.6 pounds from my first mini goal of losing 20#'s. It's taken me almost a year to get here with lots of ups and downs and a TON of emotional work. I'm now losing steadily. When I lose this 2.6 pounds I told myself I get to redo my kid's bathroom decor. They outgrew yellow duckies about 5 years ago. I'm looking forward to changing it!9
