My wife and I recently separated and we have been having limited contact. I'm determined that if our divorce does go through I'm going to be the smallest I've been since we started dating. So I have roughly 60 days.
I'm trying to turn a negative/hard situation into something positive that I can strive for. Plus I figure this way whether it goes through or not I win8 -
Onederland which is about 11 pounds away. My mini goals that aren't scale-related are to track all my eats this week (cheats and all) and to workout 5 days this week.4

Taking all my employees and their spouses for a weekend at the Ritz-Carleton in October and then taking the family and some friends to Cancun in November so both of those help motivate. I also put monthly 10 lb loss goals in my calendar and have made those 5 months running and already hit August 16ths target this weekend.10

Getting into the 170's!! I've hit 180.5 twice and bounced back up, like someone else above said. Been between 180-190 for about 6 months now--that's TOO LONG!!!!! Come on, ME! ;-)6

My "mini" goal is to reach 200lbs by the end of August. I'm 209 at the moment, possibly 207 depending on my weigh in results tomorrow. So I don't have much to lose to reach that goal and then I'll make another one.8

to be able to fit into a 1x pants and to get 2x to fit loosely. Weight wise, to get to 284 pounds and I am 13 pounds from that.5

To get into "onederland." I'm at 202.5 as of last Friday, down 65# from my heaviest. And I'm so close that I dream about it at night. Haven't been that low since January, 2005.
Was stalled for a couple of months but since I started tracking with MFP on July 8th, I'm down 4.5#. I know 199 is just around the corner. Will it be this week or next? Very, very soon.10 -
Challenging myself to loose 10 PDS by the end of August. Lost 7 since July 18 so I hope to get really close. #GOALS3

swapped out by size 14 capris for size 10. Now to get rid of the muffin top so they fit smoothly.3

My mini goal is to fit into my 30 inch corset for ren-fair season in the fall. Which will probably equate to 20-25 lbs .2

My mini goal is really 3 goals in quick succession which I want out of the way by September. I am at 200.8lbs so first goal is onederland, second goal to get out of the obese class (197) goal three to get to 50 lbs lost (195.5). I am trying to think of a reward for this triple milestone.8

I'm half a pound away from my "high" goal weight of 115lbs. Im hoping I can drop under 115 this month. From there it's just the last 5-10 vanity lbs!
