I got back today and happy to report no weight gain.. i feel a bit bloated though (i dont like the way water tastes there) so might be able to see some small loss in a couple of days once the water goes down..
next minigoal.. go to the gym at least 10 times till end of the month..8 -
So I have lost 44 pounds since February! And I am terrified to gain during the holidays. So I am giving myself mini goals. October is shred my abs month. And as we know nutrition is key in the belly area. I had no idea this was true but definitely see it in my belly after eating those not so good for you snacks. So focusing on my abs during the holidays will give me the extra reminder and motivation to keep up with my nutrition and focus on my core and strength during workouts.6

I want to fit into size 6 again, but eventually a size 3 so I can wear my old clothes that I've inexplicably kept for two years. Right now my mini goal is to be a size 6 before a wedding that I am attending soon.3

I danced on the pom squad all throughout high school and it's been almost 9 years since I graduated. They had an alumni reunion for all past squad members in 2013 and I was so embarrassed about how much weight I'd gained since high school, I didn't go. They are hosting another reunion on Oct 28th where the alumni get to dance on the sidelines at a Friday night football game and I AM SO EXCITED. I have lost 60 lbs so far, hovering between 182-183 and would love to get to 179 by then.
Getting to 179 would also put me in the overweight BMI, and not obese anymore15 -

Almost to a normal BMI, 2 pounds to go. I'm down 48 since starting MFP. That was my original ultimate goal, but once I get there I'm going to go for another 8 pounds.6

My current mini-goal is to get back down to the weight I was when I got married. Only need to lose another 5lbs to do that. Hopefully will hit it this month. Not sure what my next one will be yet. One goal at a time5

after weight not really moving since August I'm ready to worik at it again. 10lbs That's into healthy BMI and I think my final goal weight.9

I am 0.9 pounds past my mini goal of reaching 284, which was 20% lost. My next three mini goals are
280: Which will be 50 pounds lost and it is 3.1 pounds away
272.5: Which will be 25% lost and it is 10.6 pounds away
270: Which will be 60 pounds lost and it is 13.1 pounds away.14 -
Mini-mini: less than 3 pounds to be out of the obese bmi category!8

Holiday vacation. I wanna ring in the new year looking and feeling, even better. Also. gained back a few lbs, so I'm pushing myself back on track.2

Today I'm finally under 60 kg. My motivation is to have 55 kg till my sister's wedding.7

This week I am aiming to get 100 mins on treadmill and 50 mins on the elliptical machine. I have been putting off going to the gym for the longest time now. This will hopefully help me get in the habit.

It will help if someone asks me how far I got with this goal. That person will instantly become my favorite person on MFP..1 -
The next 3-5 lbs. Not sure if I bounced up 2 lbs bc of water weight last time I weighed myself, but I'm hoping next weigh in will show I have 3 lbs or less to be less than 10 lbs away from goal.2
