Current minigoal is to stay the week with in laws and not gain any weight with all the food5

Next mini goal, into the 180s by October. 5 lbs so shouldn't be too hard.
I was much to overconfident. Ended up on a 25 day plateau and only got down to below 190 today. But still happy. It's not a race.
Next mini-goal? Get into the 170s and I am not setting a date this time, kinda feel like I jinxed myself last time.13 -
Lose 20 lbs. by the New Year to make it 100 lbs. lost.8

Just started maintenance. My goal right now is simple; maintain for a month. I consider it "mini" because I am going to see what happens when I eat at maintainance for a month then decide if I need to make any adjustments to my calories.12

My mini goal is to be able to zip up my ski parka comfortably by January - it's so tight right now! I'd like to start skiing again...without having to buy a new wardrobe.4

Winning the pot at work for losing the most weight. Advantages so far 21 pound weight loss and no pain in my knees10

Mines a simple motivation, being able to jog . . I almost did when walking to work this morning. Not long to go.5

Made my mini goal of being in the 170s by the concert I'm going to on the 24th of this month. Now I'm just focusing on c25k because I've found a 5k to run in November! I had a mini goal of 170 by Christmas, just 9.4 pounds away!4

Well, as of yesterday, I'm 1 pound away from 300 (the scale just couldn't let me have it), but I'm happy knowing that at my next weigh in, I should be at 299 (that is if I keep losing at the rate I've been losing). I got back today and happy to report no weight gain.. i feel a bit bloated though (i dont like the way water tastes there) so might be able to see some small loss in a couple of days once the water goes down..
next minigoal.. go to the gym at least 10 times till end of the month..8 -
So I have lost 44 pounds since February! And I am terrified to gain during the holidays. So I am giving myself mini goals. October is shred my abs month. And as we know nutrition is key in the belly area. I had no idea this was true but definitely see it in my belly after eating those not so good for you snacks. So focusing on my abs during the holidays will give me the extra reminder and motivation to keep up with my nutrition and focus on my core and strength during workouts.6

I want to fit into size 6 again, but eventually a size 3 so I can wear my old clothes that I've inexplicably kept for two years. Right now my mini goal is to be a size 6 before a wedding that I am attending soon.3

I danced on the pom squad all throughout high school and it's been almost 9 years since I graduated. They had an alumni reunion for all past squad members in 2013 and I was so embarrassed about how much weight I'd gained since high school, I didn't go. They are hosting another reunion on Oct 28th where the alumni get to dance on the sidelines at a Friday night football game and I AM SO EXCITED. I have lost 60 lbs so far, hovering between 182-183 and would love to get to 179 by then.
Getting to 179 would also put me in the overweight BMI, and not obese anymore15 -

Almost to a normal BMI, 2 pounds to go. I'm down 48 since starting MFP. That was my original ultimate goal, but once I get there I'm going to go for another 8 pounds.6
