Just realized that I can probably wear tights again too. I gave up trying to find ones that would fit when I was heavier, but at this point, I look forward to shopping for some and maybe having the guts to wear them with a skirt or dress that is above the knees.
Well -- i can't believe it but I lost 4.6 pounds this week. So that means I hit the goal and I'm now in the normal BMI range for the first time in 27 years. And to celebrate, yesterday I bought two pairs of tights and am now looking for that cute dress or skirt to wear with them.
Next goals:
1) Lose 7.6 more pounds and I will hit the 100 lb weight loss mark (really hoping that's by Thankgiving).
2) Lose two more for a total of 9.6 pounds and I will achieve Lifetime status at Weight Watchers.21 -

Wow well done!3 -
I want to fit back into my pre pregnancy jeans. I was 150 pounds to start and I got up to 218 pounds. A ton of water weight as 30 came off extremely fast. I joined MFP at 182 a month and a half ago and I'm now 170. I give myself the end of the month and I'll be in the mid 160s so maybe then???? If not then definitely by Christmas when I reach the 150s. I know I can do this.4

1) To be 150lbs by the new year (currently 161).
2) To have completed C25K by the new year and be able to jog for 30 minutes straight (currently on week 4).9 -

Ya'll....2.5 pounds until I'm considered a healthy body weight. In my entire adult life, I have NEVER been a healthy body weight. NEW MINI GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!18

I would really like to get under 50 minutes for running my 5k. Also I am just 9 lbs away from being at the lowest weight of my adult life.8

Hitting a 20 lb total loss and fitting into size 20/18 jeans7

Well my Mini goal is to fit in a 1XL dress by Christmas.
Have been a 4xl most of my adult life. And am currently a 2XL.
(lost 30kilos in the last year).11 -
My mini goal is to keep on plan to the Wednesday before Thanksgiving when my daughter comes home from college I haven't seen her since Sept 4. I started MFP on Sept 5. She will be so proud of me!
Of course, I want to stay on plan after that, too, but her seeing me aa a strong mom who is continually improving herself is important to me. There were times I was too depressed to be a good parent, so to have that funk behind me and have something to show for it in a physical way makes me really, really happy.13 -
To lose 15 lbs by Christmas and drop 1 pants size3

2. When I lose 5 lbs, I'll hit the "normal" BMI category.
3. Getting into a single digit size like an 8. I'm a 10 right now so I'm close.
4. Running a 5k race. I was able to jog 3.6 miles this morning without stopping so now it's just a matter of improving my speed.
And ultimately.. when I lose 16.2 lbs, I'll hit the 100 lb loss milestone!!!!
Good luck everyone making your goals. We can do this. Just keep plugging away.
Well it's been an incredible week:
1. I lost 4.6 lbs this week, hit the "normal" BMI category and now have a total loss of 92.4 lbs this year!!
2. I ran my first 5k race this morning and did it in 37:44 min for an average of 12:09/mile.
I'm still working on the next 7.6 pounds to reach the 100 lb goal. It will be soon, I can feel it.
Hopefully can get the last 12 pounds off because that would be icing on the cake, but there's no rush. I already have what I always wished for -- a new outlook, a new body, and a new lifestyle.
Good luck everyone on whatever goals you're working towards.11 -
If I can get the scale to stop bouncing and finally break into the 250s, I'll be a happy boy. And there is a plan...!4

They had an alumni reunion for all past squad members in 2013 and I was so embarrassed about how much weight I'd gained since high school, I didn't go. They are hosting another reunion on Oct 28th where the alumni get to dance on the sidelines at a Friday night football game and I AM SO EXCITED. I have lost 60 lbs so far, hovering between 182-183 and would love to get to 179 by then.
Getting to 179 would also put me in the overweight BMI, and not obese anymore
Well I posted the above goal on the 13th and as of yesterday morning, the 28th, I was 178.8! And the reunion was so much fun

After relocating to Asia for work, I haven't seen the love of my life for 6 months -- we're reuniting for an early Christmas holiday at the end of November. He loves lifting (he's Mr Muscles) and has been the most incredibly non-judgmental, unquestioningly supportive, and positive influence on my health and fitness. Before I left home he bought me a set of resistance bands as he knew I'd be able to travel with them, and for the last 14 weeks he has been creating me tailored weekly workout plans (5 workouts a week). For the first 8 weeks or so he made a YouTube video for EVERY SINGLE WEEK DAY so he could demonstrate the exercises and workout alongside me. I have never stuck to a fitness plan before, but Mr Muscles' unconditional love and support has given me all the confidence in the world that I can do this, and that I'm not alone. He's the greatest man in the world.
I am just 2.2kg (4.8lb) away from the lowest weight I can ever remember being and I am laser-focus determined to get there before this holiday -- I want it for me, but I want it for him too. This has been a project we've worked on side by side. I can't wait to see him!!!23 -
Just had to reset my fitbit goal!5

Hit my 280 pound mini goal and I am 0.1 pounds past it and it was the 50 pounds mini goal. My next two mini goals are

Seeing my family at Christmas is my major motivation/mini goal right now. I saw them at the beginning of October for a family wedding (my dad and me in the photo) and I'd like to be down another 15 pounds by then.

T0 be 199 by Dec 1st... only 4 lbs away... then to be 192 lbs March 4 20174

I now weigh less than I have in almost 20 years - and though I have more to lose ( still technically obese) I am finding it hard to focus on a goal and went 'off the wagon for 2 weeks' - I am going to restart small and will aim to track and achieve the calorie deficit for 10 days5
