9 lbs to normal BMI, 6lbs to 130s (my personal idea of "normal" for me). I also bailed on my workouts this week and my hard won baby muscles need my attention.4

To shave off another inch off my waist this November6
-
Two pounds from the 130s... I think the scale was inaccutate two months or so ago when it told me I was 138 because I'd been 143-145 ever since! I've been holding steady at 141.6ish the past week on diff scales so I'm thinking that is right. Lol
To get the last two packs of my six pack EVENTUALLY and have a LITTLE more DEF in my current four pack..when I'm bloated (which is often) they aren't as discernible.
Still need an inch off my arms... I know we can't spot reduce so hoping these last few pounds (7, as I CAN NOT go below 135 at 5'8 for me to keep ANY type of shape) will do the trick with my strength training.

At this point, the next milestone is 100 pounds lost.9

I want to lose 3 kilos by Christmas - stop gaining and losing the same 2 lbs.8

To be able to wear size 12 again. I currently wear a 16 comfortably but I can fit a 14.8

wow. just rediscovered this thread and found my original post from August! I now weigh 281. Sometimes I forget how far I've come when I think about how much I have to lose!
My updated mini goal:
I am running a 5k on Sunday. I would like to:
-have fun
-finish it
-run the whole thing
-run it in less than 45 min
-weigh under 280 by then
Prioritized in that order!!! I keep reminding myself that it's amazing enough that I'm running a 5k at all, and I shouldn't stress about speed etc.
btw, update on my back rolls: still there (faintly) but they don't roll onto themselves so I can't tuck my shirt into them anymore hahah17 -
That is a good question. I haven't really thought much about mini goals. I am focused in on the "finish" line. Fat tub of lard to six pack beast.
Although, one of the other guys at work who has also been working out and meal prepping but cheating did do a double take when he realized I was catching him. He wasn't to happy about and the look on his face was awesome. It wasn't to long ago that we were about 75 pounds apart. It just a bonus but I will thoroughly enjoy passing him up.
Haha, I almost forgot about this. He doesn't know it yet but as of this morning, I have him beat by about 5 pounds.7 -
I'm hovering at 200 lbs for the past week. I slacked off and ate a tiny bit more, and exercised a little less, so the scale hasn't moved at all for about 2 weeks. Going from the 2's to the 1's might also be a mental barrier. So my mini-goal is to get to 198 by Nov 15th. I don't anticipate many issues with the Holidays - just the actual Thanksgiving and Christmas Day meals, and I will watch my intake carefully. I want to be at 190 by January 1st but I won't be devastated if I miss it by a couple of pounds. Then I will get back in gear and double up efforts to be at 170 by April 23rd - my second mini-goal. That is the week of the major Quilt Show in Paducah KY and I've been planning my trip for over a year. That was one of the main reasons I started losing weight - to be able to walk and stand for almost a week straight.
I hear ya. I'm 2 lbs away from my next goal and 6 lbs away from 200 lbs but have been losing agonizingly slowly since September so I think it's a mental thing for me too.
We can do this!3 -
To maintain my weight until January, then maintain some more.8

I hope to be in Onederland By New Year's Eve.

To get back into the 10 stone zone..... only 4 lbs away! (Thats about 158lbs right now, for my friends across the pond. I still work in stones).
