I've been very consistent since posting and have been hitting the gym everyday since. I normally just go for Spin Class or Circuits then tag along to whatever class follows that. I've also been really good with my walking. I walk 2.3 miles to the gym and another 2.3 back home so I'm quite pleased with that.
Today I also signed up with a personal trainer for 6 weeks just to learn technique and form and be set on a good guide. He's meant to be great too, I really liked his Spin Class on Sat.
How about you? How's it going today? Keep at it hun x
suffering from a bout of flu.. so that's that. no progress at my end.. Been walking a bit though.

I bought some jeans a size down the other week, they do up but theyre super tight, so i'm working to fit into them by Christmas!2

I have been working on the same mini goal of being under 204 lbs for the past 2.5 months--Im losing soooo slowly right now. It's due to adherence issues. At least I'm still moving generally in the right direction, but 9 days ago I was 204.2 and now 208.2 (down from 208.8 Monday). Most of it is water weight (carbs plus sodium--I've been under maintenance for the most part so I shouldn't have gained more than 0.5 lbs if that) but I'm still feeling frustrated.
I did get my goal of fitting into size 14. In fact, I'm wearing size 14 super skinny jeans right now. They fit like a glove and look awesome. Only fitting into some L shirts though. My boobs are gone but the rest of my upper body is still sure flabby. Might pull out my weights and try to work out, which I haven't managed to do since going back to work in February of last year once my mat leave ended.5 -
100 pounds lost, 2 more to go. I might be shying away from the salt for the next few days, lol.9

Couple goals looming in my future:
1) Get into thr 180s ... .6 away
2) Be overweight and not obese
3) Weigh less than my husband...chasing him by 8 lbs) he's killing it right now in support of me!8 -
I'm 5 pounds away from my first goal of losing 10% of my body weight. So I'm pretty excited about that.12

My mini goal is to get around 155lb by christmas. Then after that I want to get to 150Ib. Currently Im 160Ib and working hard.4

Still trying to break into the 130s... I thought I had a few months ago, but my scale was being ridiculous as it hasn't said it since! lol
Becoming a runner. I can jog full out no problem for a minimum of 4 miles but will take it SLOW as a beginner and increase my joint/muscle stregth for RUNNING as another poster suggested. Cardio Class Queen is redirecting her fitness goals a bit.
Finally, becoming more consistent with PROGRESSIVE weight training.. Not just my body weight and same size bells. Strong Curves is what I loosely follow.3 -
