Just like exercise and adopting a healthier diet, logging becomes a habit to a driven and persistent person. Force yourself to do it every day until you don't think about it anymore, you just do it! Also don't know if you have a smartphone or tablet but that makes it loads easier and convienent

From Boston MA, now living in southern AZ. Relaxing right now with a few glasses of red wine and a good podcast after a longggg work week and a lot of fun exercise today! Tomorrow is a rest day and I plan on sleeping late and doing some grocery shopping. Might go on a hike too

Try going for long walks in the meantime and really monitoring your diet! That way you're not putting yourself at risk with strenuous activity but are still actively working towards health and weight loss. You can do this! Hope they figure out what's causing the fainting spells soon!

it bothers me because the MFP settings encourage you to meet your calorie goal and not to eat too few calories, but when you go even slightly over it feels like your being admonished! I don't know. I feel like there should be an acceptabe range where you should be eating and not a hard number.

Invest in a few good bras! I have a friend who has a very small chest, but she wears the Amazing bra from Victoria's Secret and you wouldn't believe the difference it makes visually. She is a medium sized A cup but it makes her look like at least a C when she wears them. Just a suggestion if you still feel uncomfortable :)…
