Im actually doing WWs online right now but also am here for the last few weeks. I am hoping to some day transition completely over to MFP because of the cost of WWs.I love MFP likes others I am finding I am eating way healthier tracking here....=)

I also agree that you should drop the "diet" thought process.... you need to change your life style and that takes time....Try starting just with one or two changes in your life...You've done the first thing...you've made yourself accountable ...I do understand where your at..I at one time was also at 299...then hit…
