  • Its a change for the better... I made the change May 1,2012 after hitting 330lb.. knees giving out.. prob don't have to explain...A change in diet - Veggies, Brown Rice, WATER!!!!!!!! Then at the end of June my Daughter singed me up at the gym.. at least 3x a week 30 min Card, 30 Weight training... My Last weigh in…
