I'm assuming it bottomed out at 1200 calories a day. MFP won't go below 1200 calories/day because it's not medically safe.

I'm stuck there as well. I keep telling myself that I'm giving my skin and my body a chance to catch up. I know I'll find the will to get started again. I want to be under 200.

You're going to have to figure out what works best for you. Some people eat back all of their calories (me), some people eat back half, some people eat back none. The idea is that you need to eat back your calories because MFP has already calculated the healthy calorie deficit for you to lose at a good rate. If you go…

well my first thought was that you might be undereating so I checked out how much you have to lose as an indicator of what your current weight might be but since you only have it set for 20lbs to lose I'm thinking you're not terribly overweight so the amount of food listed is fairly good. I then thought perhaps it might be…

my husband is my favourite person in the whole wide world.

wow. I sure hope he was being medically supervised during this time. 200lbs in 10 months seems rather unhealthy to me. Impressive.. but crazy fast.

Life's too short to obsess. Ask him out for coffee. Basically "I really enjoy your company and I'd like to get to know you better. Would you like to go for coffee sometime?"

1. Forget everything you've read in romance novels and seen in Hollywood Movies. Real relationships aren't like that. They're awesome, but in a totally different way and it takes years to realize how truly awesome they really are. 2. Tuck your head down and push on through the first 5 years of your child's life. It'll be…

Yup. I got my girls' thermoses at Wal-Mart. Worth their weight in gold!
-

Good for you! that IS inspiring!

One of those Total Gym thingies. We've used it a few times over the years but I never really did get to liking it.

no more meds. no more diabetes. no more hypertension. Everything else is just a bonus.

I rarely wear make up. I don't dye my hair either. My husband prefer without so why bother?

English and French. I can get by in ASL and I knew some Spanish in High school so I can understand it even if I don't speak it.

When you first start working out your muscles hold on to water. Basically, when you're doing strength training you're ripping your muscles apart and then they rebuild themselves. That's why you don't work on the same muscle group two days in a row -- they need a day in between to repair. During the repair, especially if…

When you lose weight you lose it from a variety of places. Sadly it's not just fat but also muscle and bone that get lost. That's why it's important to do weight training and flexibility workouts to help keep our bodies strong and replace the muscle and reinforce our bones. Cardiovascular work also improves the heart and…

I firmly believe that there are Barbies marketed to children and Barbies marketed to collectors. Tattooed Barbie would be one of the later. Plus let's face it, there are probably as many tattooed parents of children as non-tattooed ones these days.

I bought dumbbells and a step. I do both while watching TV at night. As for supplements/gimmicks... I did have a full blood workup done when I first started and we discovered that my thyroid was lazy so I'm taking synthoid. It's supposed to help. Honestly I haven't noticed a big difference.

have you been eating more salty food lately? Try drinking a bit more water and watching the salt. That might help.

better than "butt ugly" I guess. Which really can be rather insulting to some mighty fine butts.

I love my husband with my whole heart and I love being married to him more than I ever imagined, but if I were ever single again, for whatever reason, I highly doubt I would ever marry again. I have no issues with being alone or having a "special friend" that would be great for nights out and the occasional booty call but…
