Keeping track of the calories is a good start but some of us have to keep an eye on the carbohydrates as well. Personally I have found that the carbs are the worst for me putting on weight and I have to watch them like a hawk! I think that you might find that if you cut down on carbs and increase protein it should help. .. it works for me!

Are you wanting to change on your food diary if so go to recipes and click on the actual title of the recipe where you will see "Edit recipe" Hope that helps.

I always wash my lettuce whether packaged or not. There have been so many reports of lettuce and other veg being washed in contaminated water I feel it's worth the effort to make sure it's okay.
