I workout alone too and I love it! I like it when it is only me in the room. Another reason why I can never commit to the gym. I'm happy with my little stash of various dumbbells, resistance bands and workout videos in the comfort of my home. I tend to commit more to exercise that way too.

It all really boils down to cutting down your regular portions which we all know is the secret to weight loss; calories in < calories out. I don't need some fairy dust to do that. Marketers in the fat loss industry are really reeling in the big bucks targeting people who are desperately trying to lose weight :(
