I just had a baby 10 months ago too! I was over weight before my pregnancy but I lost all but 5 lbs of the 30 that I gained. I would still like to lose another 65-70lbs. I always get started and do okay then fall off the wagon :(

It's kind of like a low carb diet but you eat high fat too. The purpose is for your body to burn up the glucose and when that's done then it will start burning fat. This sounds like a great idea. I love being apart of groups that sets challenges and motivates you to keep going with the help of the group and the goals. My starting weight is 219 My goal weight is between 150 and 145 So getting under 200 lbs by 5/29 would be amazing!
