PRAY!!! You gotta focus on God. Take time out to appreciate you and love yourself. Everything can be fixed. If you dont like your skin.....se a dermatologist and get a system going.... if you dont like your weight and are having trouble getting it off on your own....get a trainer or do some research on work out systems.…
