I'll look for the CDC report... http://www.cbc.ca/news/health/raw-milk-illness-rates-in-u-s-prompt-cdc-warning-1.1140845

Ah, the old prove me a negative. You may as well ask for citations to pubmed for unicorns.

Yes it would be nice to see data but the above is a tu quoque logical fallacy. It doesn't matter that infections are caused by other things as well. Why climb a rope across a gorge when there is a perfectly good bridge right beside it. That said, if the taste and perceived health benefits are worth it to you, go ahead and…

It's not worth the risk for me. There's a reason we adopted pasteurization. Low heat (for a longer time) is my preferred technique.

What the...I don`t even... :\

Or used for anything! When I was a kid I used to try to sneak it to the dog under the table, and the dog wouldn't even eat it... ;)

1. You don't need (and probably shouldn't) weigh yourself every day 2. You will not gain weight from eating too little else third world people with not enough to eat would gain weight, think about it. 3. You are right about it being unhealthy though.
-
"Big pharma" huh? You've outed yourself. Labs are cool.
-
Yes, which is the only reason.

I agree. Bake at 350F until the top browns...delish. You can add brown sugar and butter if you want.
-
and here I am stuck using non-essential oils like a sucker. :(
-
Yeh, except cauliflower and broccoli (vile weed). The exceptions that make the rule.

You can do it. Make your own entry or edit an existing one. On the food tab, click add food, search, and edit. Click add food or on a search click the "nutrition info" and pick "no" for not accurate and edit. You can only do this for foods with an asterisk (*) which are user entries.

Not sure what you're arguing here. Caffeine is a drug just like alcohol or ASA. Neither are illegal.
-
Every post you make is about coconut oil. 8 tablespoons of oil is almost 1000 kcals. That's at least half of the average daily intake with no vitamins, fibre or protein. How is that healthy or in any way satisfying?

Follow an idiot if you want. She`s an idiot.

I wouldn't worry about something so minimal. Here's the raw nutrition values for chicory root: http://skipthepie.org/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/chicory-roots-raw/

1 tablespoon of cinnamon is only 7% daily value. Hardly a good source and who eats that much. Add to that that most "cinnamon" sold commercially is actually cassia and you shouldn't eat that much as it contains coumarins . I buy Sri Lankan true cinnamon for that reason. Also, plant based omega 3s aren't as bio-available as…

Yeh, no such thing. Made up by naturopaths.

Your diary is closed. Do you weigh your food on a scale?
-
It crashes opening in MS Excel 2010 so I can't resave it but I'll look at home tonight on Libre Office.
-
What are you eating for protein? Nuts are not a good protein source. They're a fat source.
-
Also, at 97 lbs, why does your ticker say 10 lbs to go?
-
This thread is getting sillier and sillier :D
-
This. I thought the OP was trying to GAIN weight. 1500 kcals is not a binge.
-
Excellent news! Yes, diet, exercise, and healthy weight should be the first approach to controlling BP as it is the greatest controllable factor. Good luck.
-
Why yes, PETA does resemble ISIL.
-
Glad you went to ER. Come back and let us know how you are doing danieb462.
-
Take it easy and stay hydrated. If you start to feel worse go to ER. I know the BP meds I take warn about getting up too fast and dropping your BP causing dizziness when you first start taking them. Hopefully it's just that. Your doc may rethink the dose or type, or just monitor you more frequently without them. Good luck!

I'm no lifter. You post the quack Dr. Oz and talk about detox nonsense expect to get called out here. You also posted your email address in another thread which is against the user agreement. I did report you.
