That we know of! Those aurochs were tough mothers.

Almond milk has a very long shelf life unopened, and unrefrigerated. The OP is talking about after having opened it where it begins to oxidize. I agree. It seems to go off taste fairly quickly once opened. Dairy milk may last longer due to the fat and sugar helping to preserve it. I can keep 2% for a couple weeks but…

So you're a 70s man in platform boots then? Such anachronistic style. ;)

Also fat...you may not be getting enough lube.

I always edit to call mine "Whole wheat Bread - 875g - 73g" or something (if 12 servings (875/12=73) after having weighed the finished product.

The first time I do a crock pot recipe, I dump the whole thing in a lighter bowl and weigh it (after having zeroed, or weighed the bowl (of course). Then you can just weigh portions and divide. I take it that you noted that there is a recipe builder right here as stated?

Umm, yes we do.

This ^^ Rinsing is to remove the saponins from the seed which are mildly toxic.

Use cast iron cookware. You could probably get some cheap at a garage sale or camping shop.

I thought at least you'd come back with a few guitarist/keyboardist jokes ;)

Planning and sticking to your plan is your best friend. I know it's easy to down a couple pints between sets, I always did because I felt looser, but you just have to stick to your plan if you want to succeed.

Pain waxes and wanes like the moon which makes it ripe territory for charlatans to sell their snake oil remedies to uncritical thinkers.

I don't understand how you are getting bored when you can have everything you want, just using low sodium versions... I even make my own bread products with less salt, although you need some to inhibit the yeast to get the right consistency. If he eats at a deficit, he'll lose.

The whole grains are for fibre. If you don't like whole grains eat high fibre veg and fruits. You can also add psyllium husk (from the bulk store) to things. Squash, berries even potatoes have lots of fibre (leave the skins on). Buy no salt added broths and canned veggies (or frozen) and make your own stuff. Beans and…

I just cook my own low sodium meals. That's all it really is. Oh, and higher fibre. So use bold seasonings (sweet/spicy/savoury) in place of table salt and up the fibre in your meals. 30 minutes of cardio per day will lower blood pressure, but the number one way is to not be over weight.

Just eat mostly pork and veg and start over tomorrow. Next time, think about how you felt today. No biggie.

Make it your last (or first) meal of the day and fit it in your cals... How do you know when the drum riser is level? Drool comes out of both sides of the drummer's mouth. ;)

I thought bar 8 was going to say "You are now dead!" :)

I always weigh it uncooked. 380 kcal/100g

Yeh, years ago when I was an apprentice, the ministry of labour stated that we would burn approx an extra 1400 kcals per 8 hour day doing fairly heavy construction work. It seemed to work out that way as i would maintain on about 3400-3600 kcals per day whereas now, working at a desk all day, my usual maintenance is…

I think you are fooling yourself. Of course the instructor would say that. It's over-inflated as a marketing strategy.

wut? You forget the pseudoscientist snoop froggy frog.

Jorge Cruise? He's famous! (not really) How can I go wrong?

Measure your food @kyta32, measure your food.

You don't have to guess. weigh the raw product, choose the USDA entry for chicken leg, meat and skin raw. Cook, eat, and weigh the refuse to subtract from the starting weight. The bones/refuse won't change much weight from cooking. Another reason for a kitchen scale. I do this all the time. Put a plate on the scale. Add…

Dandelion root is a diuretic but so are other things. You might drop some water weight temporarily. It certainly won`t detox anything.

Surprisingly, you probably wouldn`t. http://perfecthealthdiet.com/2010/06/the-danger-of-plant-foods/

One can last a lot longer without the micronutrition than the fat. I'm not going to argue with you, you obviously are a First Nations expert or something. Good luck.
-
No. What is missing is the fat. Rabbits are very lean. You need to reread your sources.

Last time I researched it was 500-600 kcals if I recall but that is spread over 10-14 days while your body uses extra energy to recreate the blood cells. That's less than 40 kcals/day over two weeks so, I wouldn't bother since the manufacturer's calorie counts are probably out more than that for a day. Thanks for giving…
