Hippies don't have personal trainers. That's for yuppies. So you're going to have to make up your mind. ;)

The word you are looking for is nonsense.
-
Facetious actually, since 10 days seemed like such an arbitrary number :)

Are you having problems gaining weight?
-
You should align your weighing with the lunar cycles.

Is this the one where you eat constant, quantum amounts?

Oh for Pete's sake, doesn't anyone know what an average is or the logistics of having to relay information to a large group ("based upon")? That's where BMI comes from. It's a statistical tool to compare populations. MFP gives you the tracking tool to find where you fit in the curve. Measurements are all arbitrary numbers.…

If you keep the air from it, fat has a good shelf life. It readily picks up odors I find though. So, frozen like stated, or a piece of saran wrap pushed onto the top and in the fridge should be good. I eat butter until it tastes stale.

I buy North Coast Naturals 100% Iso Whey Protein from SVNCanada. https://www.svncanada.com/list-north-coast-naturals.php
-
What does that mean? Can you clarify?
-
I think it is just poorly phrased and it's obvious to most readers that "needed" means minimum to reach nutritional requirements and the minimum safe amounts for weight loss. People pick the wrong battles to fight on this site and it gets tedious.
-
Nobody said required. One poster said it was INSANE!!!11! They are wrong since it is technically medically approved. There is nothing wrong with that few calories in a nutritionally controlled deficit.
-
Strictly speaking it is medically recognized no matter what the MFP experts say. An internationally respected hernia hospital (Shouldice) uses those exact numbers for quick safe weight loss prior to operations. I have eaten 1400 kcals per day (as a male) to lose 40 lbs. and have been in maintenance for two years now eating…

Pasteurized pus is just extra protein. It's a good thing.

More news from the completely useless information bureau I see... Thanks

Yeh, we'll wait for you to back up your claims. I've been here a few years, I'll wait.

Yes, it was an excellent post. Scientific evidence is disparaged by zealots as a last resort.

Probably...bottle of gatorade, 34g of sugar...

For your sake daynerz send a friend request to SideSteel and listen and research for yourself what he says. He's one of the most reasonable people on this site and will help you reach your goal of becoming a decent nutritionist using critical thinking.

Posters are hung up on dearths from raw milk. Usually only the very young or old or those with compromised immune systems are at highest risk of death from any pathogen. Let's look at illnesses. I'm not interested in getting ill from something which was preventable since ages ago. The problem doesn't stem from users who…

Don't hold your breath. The "coconut oil cures cancer, diabetes, systemic candidiasis, and finds your lost keys" naturopaths are out strongly this week.

This is all I could find: http://irishbrowncrab.com/en/quality/nutritional-facts-2.html ...and now I wish I could get some Irish brown crab.

What are your stats Height, weight etc. (sorry my keyboard is bolloxed until reboot, can`t use question mark) ;) Check after your treadmill routine and compare to this calculator. Make sure to add in gradient(incline) speed weight etc. http://42.195km.net/e/treadsim/

It doesn't sound like you have it calibrated accurately at all. Read the instructions and calibrate the HRM first. The calories burned sounds double because I highly doubt your average heart rate is 180 bpm... What is your resting heart rate?

They don't publish it. Chastise the manager next time you're in. ;)

No, a cup is a measurement of volume, not mass. ex. 250ml
