Hello, Laura! We are in a similar boat. I'm back at it again. Lost 80 lbs several years ago and slowly put it all back on. We can all do it!

Great job!

Wow, great job!

Flat iron steak with maple bourbon espresso sauce and mushrooms with roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts. Drool.

You can do it! About 7 years I lost 80 lbs through another website similar to this one (Just as good but not free) and it took me a year and a half. It wasn't easy, but it was worth it. I wasn't perfect, but you just have to start fresh every day and do the best you can. Unfortunately after I lost all the weight I went…

This is a good idea, but please make sure you're being food safe. You don't want food sitting on your counter for 4 hours at room temperature before the crock pot turns on. That's asking for a foodborne illness.

Carrots are also delicious.

I eat fiber vitamin gummies to help with my fiber intake. They are delicious and really help me feel more full. I eat the Vitafusion Fiberwell Fit gummies in the morning with breakfast (They include a few vitamins) and then the plain Vitafusion Fiberwell gummies (without the vitamins) with dinner. One serving of the…

Hello all! I am 34 years old, and have 100+ lbs to lose. I am currently 265. I've been overweight my entire life, but my lowest was around 198, after loosing almost 80 lbs 8 years ago on another website. Slowly over the last 8 years, after a divorce, being single again, dating and a new husband, the weight has slowly came…

This 30-minute turkey chili is on for tonight! We make this at least once a month and have for the last several years. We always have everything the recipe calls for on hand. This is a very hearty chili but so simple. We always top it with a little shredded cheese and a dollop of plain greek yogurt (tastes like sour…

I LOVE Shakshuka. Discovered it about a year ago. Here is my favorite recipe. We got our son to finally try runny yolk eggs for the first time and now he loves them. http://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1014721-shakshuka-with-feta?smid=pi-nytimes&smtyp=pay We serve with homemade naan.

Yep. Sometimes I make a batch of the base so I can take some of it and cook my egg fresh each morning. Works really well for single servings in a hurry. [/quote] That is a great idea!

I've also seen ones where you put uncooked hasbrowns in the cup and kind of mash them into the bottom and around the sides and then put the egg in there and the hashbrowns make the "basket". You can shred your own or use those already prepared kind from Simply Potatoes or something similar.

How delicious my salad was for lunch. I tried the Mediterranean style tuna fish packet, and had it with field greens, some quinoa, feta cheese and kalamata olives with a light creamy balsamic dressing.

Hummus, sliced turkey, greens, olives, feta, red onions.

1 cup of watermelon & 1 oz of feta. It's delicious!

You can substitute the egg and oil in most cake mixes with just 1 can of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix) and they come out pretty tasty. Of course, that's if you like cake mixes vs. recipes.

I love these!

We made this Buffalo Chicken salad the other night for dinner. We used iceberg since that is what we had leftover from some wraps, but any lettuce would work fine. We toss it in some homemade bleu cheese salad dressing made with greek yogurt, and topped it with 4 oz of chicken tossed in Frank's hot sauce.

I'll have to try this! Sounds yummy.

This isn't really a recipe, exactly, but a sweet snack I enjoy. I dunk graham crackers into some no-sugar added applesauce with a little cinnamon on top. It's not super low in calories, but much better than a slice of apple pie. It's about 200 calories for the applesauce and 2 sheets of graham crackers.

I second this. I recently switched to coconut milk creamer. I use the plain kind, and it's 10 calories/TBSP so about half the calories of a normal creamer. There is a hint of the coconut flavor, but you can barely tell it's there.

Fairlife milk is delicious.
