I am ranging from 1200 (never bekiw) calories per day. I find if I give myself a range I tend to have the upper limit 1350, which I do not go over and lower that I do not go under. I eat back exercise calories only when I have burnt so much that I am way under 1200.

I'm in, new to MFP but not new to calorie counting and logging.

breaded chicken breast, broccoli, sauteed vegetables, 1/2 cup whole wheat pasta and hollandaise sauce. Sounds like a lit but was actually 628 calories, I ate very lite for breakfast and lunch and saved my calories for dinner, So I am still under my total for today and could have a snack if I want. :smile:
